Surgery clinics

We offer a range of clinics and services at the surgery. There are some tasks you can do, such as health reviews, using our online forms.

Anticoagulant monitoring and dosing – provided in house

You can attend this service without a referral.

Antenatal clinic

Once referred by the GP/nurse, you can attend antenatal clinic at the surgery, but appointments must be booked at St Helier Hospital (other hospitals may defer).

Asthma clinic

You can attend this service without a referral.

Childhood immunisations

You can attend this service without a referral.

COPD clinic with spirometry

You can attend this service without a referral.

Psychological therapy

GP referral to a specific service.

Post natal clinic

Clinics for 8 week check and immunisation

Phlebotomy

Opening Times: start at 8am every day, except Wednesdays

Flu

Family planning (all aspects including coil insertions, implant insertions and removals)

Minor surgery (e.g. removal of moles, skin lesions, joint and other injections) – provided in house

This service is provided by an experienced GP with surgical training and assisted by the practice nurse.

Sessions take place regularly in the well equipped and modern minor surgery theatre.

Travel vaccination / travel health with yellow fever

You can attend this service without a referral.

Diabetes clinic

Health checks

Patients aged between 40 and 74 should have an NHS health check every 5 years, unless they are already diagnosed with a condition such as heart disease, hypertension, or diabetes.

All patients aged 75 years and above are currently required to have an annual health check. Please ask reception for further information if you have not had not a check in over a year.

Newly registered patients, are advised to have a health check when they first register with the practice. If you require further information, or you are unsure about the health check, please contact reception.
