Antenatal Clinic

• Name: Midwife – Lead
• Additional Information: Once referred by the GP/Nurse, you can attend Antenatal clinic at the surgery, but appointments must be booked at St Helier Hospital (other hospitals may defer).

Asthma Clinic

• Additional Information: You can attend this service without a referral.
• If you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your asthma symptoms please use this form.

Childhood Immunisations

• Additional Information: You can attend this service without a referral.

COPD clinic with spirometry

• Additional Information: You can attend this service without a referral.
• If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a COPD assessment please use this form.

Psychological Therapy

• Additional Information: GP referral to a Specific service.

Post Natal Clinic

• Name: Clinics for 8 week check and immunisation
• Additional Information: You can attend this service without a referral.

Phlebotomy

• Name: Blood Test and Urine Test
• Opening Times: Start at 8:00 every day, except Wednesdays

Flu

• Name: For children 2-4 years.

Family Planning (All aspects including coil insertions, implant insertions and removals)

Minor surgery (e.g. removal of moles, skin lesions, joint and other injections) – provided in-house

• Additional Information: This service is provided by an experienced GP with Surgical Training and assisted by the Practice Nurse.
• Sessions take place regularly in the well-equipped & modern Minor Surgery Theatre.

Smoking cessation clinic / Weight reduction and Healthier Lifestyle advisory Clinic
