Policy on violent or abusive patients
We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat our staff in a similarly respectful way. We take seriously any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff or patients. If a patient is violent or abusive, they will be warned to stop their behaviour. If they persist, we may exercise our right to take action to have them removed, immediately if necessary, from our list of patients.
Ravensbury Park Medical Centre is constantly striving to improve the services we provide to you, and we welcome any Comments & Suggestions that can help us to do so. To provide your feedback, please use our secure online form, or write to us by e-mail or post. All formal complaints should please be put in writing and addressed to the Practice Manager. It will be handled using our formal complaint procedure.
