Our team is the patient's first point of contact. We are the public face of the practice and a major contributor to the patient experience. They will make all the appoinments with the requested GPs and nurses. They will also assist with repeat prescriptions, prescription enquireies and dealing with other patient related issues.
NHS England has requested all General Practices to publish their GP partners and salaried GP’s net earnings from 2016/17. The method to of calculating earning is theoretically misleading as the figure published does not take in account the hours worked and should not be used to form any judgment nor comparisons on GP’s salaries. The aim of NHS England is to increase transparency. GP’s will have to publish mean earning by April 2016 under the new GP contract deal.
All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice. The average pay for GPs working in Ravensbury Park Medical Centre in the last financial year was £60,690.97 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 2 full-time GPs and 2 part-time GPs who worked in the practice for more than 6 months.
